Though the DHS didn’t publicly announce the list of states that were hacked, the AP contacted every state and received confirmations from Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.
