Well, I still don't think I am pop. When I say pop I just ... like, my favorite songs are catchy, get stuck in your head. The pop I like is, like, 2009, Phoenix and indie pop and weird stuff. I've just been trying to write that perfect song. I think a lot of artists try to write that song. That's always what I'm trying to do, like, have a eureka moment. I feel like that usually manifests in more upbeat and catchy songs. It could be ballads too, or whatever people are calling me.
