Tackling the time-honored declaration of love, the track is described as synth-pop. âCrush,â on the other hand, takes cues from hip-hop and R&B. Featuring an 808-style base, it is undoubtedly the sultrier sounding of the bunch â which is fitting for a song thatâs basically a loud ode to your crush, something Iâm sure many would deem aspirational in this climate.
