In 2014, President Obama loosened the ban on Americans traveling to Cuba, allowing people to go to the country on educational trips. But according to a draft of new policy, Trump will reverse that decision and once again prohibit Americans from vacationing — for educational reasons or otherwise — in Cuba. The ban is a result of a 56-year-old trade embargo to stop the flow of American dollars to the island's dictatorship. Trump is expected to announce the policy on Friday.
