They run, all the way to Pop’s (where they express relief that the Gargoyle King runs slow) and examine Dilton’s map to try and figure out where the bunker is and why Ethel ditched them. Betty floats a theory that the GK structure was Ethel on stilts, which I doubt is what happened but makes this whole Gargoyle King plot seem way less scary to me. Also, a free idea: dinner-and-a-movie date nights are just as romantic as solving a cult plot.
