While self-improvement is a major component of the show, so too is affirmation: the stars are all amazing at complimenting the guys they're making over both before and after the transformation. It's always so heartwarming to see the Fab Five tell their volunteers what they're already doing well — and then watching them gas them up with even more positive energy once their work is done.
