Joanne threatens to kill her, because a witness would really make things messy, but before she can do it, Tommy sends her and Noah to... somewhere. They vanish. This is Tommy's power. (So much for interviews being easy.) He takes off, embarrassed that she's seen his secret. We find out that he has zero clue about how his power works, and that he sends people and things to parts unknown whenever it's activated.
