is an ABC sitcom produced by Dan Savage (the man behind the “It Gets Better” campaign), about an Irish-Catholic family’s experience when their teenage son comes out of the closet. It stars Martha Plimpton as Eileen (who has never in her entire career been anything but utterly hilarious), Jay R. Ferguson as Pat (a pitch-perfect sitcom dad), Bebe Wood as Shannon (charming beyond her years), and Matt Shively as Jimmy (who makes an excellent foil for the whole bunch).
