Veronica tells her father how proud she is that he showed mercy to the Molloy guy, and we get treated to a flashback of Hiram later going back to shoot Jinx Molloy twice, presumably killing him. Of course, he tells none of this to Veronica and he hands over a check and tells her he’s happy to be back in business with her.
