After two years, I transferred out of my first high school. Finding a better fit was a bit of trial and error. I tried a boarding school before ultimately landing at an alternative school in Chicago that would give me the chance to graduate with an actual high school diploma (versus a GED, as was the case with the other options). By December 2017, I was settled into my new routine, passing all my classes, and focusing on my path to graduation. By that same point, the friends I grew up with who had turned to gangs had either died, got shot, were in jail, or were homeless. On December 5, despite my best efforts to avoid that path, I also got shot. pantalon endura singletrack 2 Amandla Stenberg on What She's Learned from Her The Hate U Give Character pantalon endura singletrack 2 Drake joined The Weeknd on stage and talked about the first time he ever heard his music.
