a 13-year-old boy in Oklahoma got into a disagreement with two other young people he was playing with on October 21, when he allegedly shot a crossbow toward them. The arrow he allegedly shot went through 10-year-old Austin Almanza and struck his 8-year-old brother, who was standing near him, in the arm. Austin reportedly died at the scene.
