I host a Zoom call with my team of three (project manager, brand manager, and operations lead) and our formulators in Italy. They share their updates on the production at the factory. We spend most of the call discussing our production schedule for the launch of our brand, Ami Colé, a clean beauty brand made to celebrate melanin-rich skin. We talk through and troubleshoot ways we can work with our stressed supply-chain systems. COVID has affected so many parts of the business, but most certainly factory, transportation, and port workers. Every touchpoint is now functioning at 50â60% capacity with 100% more demand. Every step of the process requires double the diligence and precautionary efforts to assure that our partners and potential customers are safe. kd 11 new release a new single with Panic! His debut EP touches on California dreamin' told through the eyes of a West Coast transplant living in NYC.
